Refund eligibility applies only to the Job Assistance Fee component, where specifically mentioned in the program details at the time of admission.
Course fees associated with training, learning materials, and program participation are non-refundable, as access to learning resources, instruction, and preparation support is provided during the course.
2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refund requests are considered only for candidates enrolled under the Job Assistance category and are subject to verification of the following conditions:
Completion of program participation requirements
Compliance with program guidelines and instructions
Fulfilment of attendance and assessment requirements
Participation in required preparation processes when applicable
Failure to meet these conditions may result in ineligibility for refund consideration.
3. Verification Process
All refund cases undergo a verification and compliance review process conducted by Non Engineers.
This process may include:
Verification of candidate participation records
Confirmation of program completion requirements
Review of assessment or preparation activities
Internal compliance and data verification checks
Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee refund approval.
4. Candidate Confirmation Requirement
Candidates may be required to submit an official confirmation form or provide written acknowledgement before their case is considered for refund review.
This confirmation may include:
Consent for profile verification
Acceptance of refund review procedures
Confirmation of program participation details
Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or affect the verification process.
5. Job Assistance Participation
Candidates who are eligible for refund consideration may still continue to participate in job opportunities shared through Non Engineers, subject to compliance with the Job Assistance process.
Participation in job assistance may require completion of preparation steps such as:
Profile verification
Mock interview assessments
Resume preparation or evaluation processes
These steps are intended to ensure that candidates are adequately prepared before appearing in hiring interviews.
6. Learning Access After Refund
Refund consideration or approval does not affect access to learning resources already provided through the program.
Candidates will continue to retain:
Access to course learning materials
Access to educational resources shared during the program
Certification validation support where applicable
7. Right to Review and Modify
Non Engineers reserves the right to:
Review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
Request additional information or documentation if required
Update or modify this Refund Policy when necessary to ensure fairness and compliance
